Hotel Registration 

Hotel booking is done by the hosting committee according to the information given on the IntraWeb registration form. You do not have to do additional hotel booking.

On the IntraWeb registration form you can choose from three different hotel options and whether to share a room or get a single room. For information about the different hotel options, rooms and prices check the Accommodation section.

 

Hotel Payment

The hotel costs are paid directly to the hotel by credit card or in cash. When you check in you will need to present your credit card or leave a deposit in cash. The hotel is paid when you check out.
