Registration

Step 1: Get authorisation from the General Secretary to register: Each National Secretary or Person in Charge of a Co-operating Institution should first complete and send the Confirmation of Attendance Form (September Bulletin, Enc 1b)


Step 2: Fill in the registration form on the IntraWeb. The deadline for registration is 1st of December 2009

 

Payment

Hotel costs and Conference fee are paid separately.

Payment of conference fee 

The Conference Fee is CHF 300.- Payment can be made by bank transfer until 4 January or in cash upon arrival. If paying by bank transfer, please also send an e-mail to Show e-mail address including the name of the sender and the amount paid. We will confirm receipt of the payment by e-mail.
